University of Manchester Persian Society (UMPS) is an Student Society with non political, Commercial or Religious objectives; which is based at University of Manchester in UK.

Our aim is to :

• Create a friendly environment where students from all ethnic, culture and religious backgrounds can gather and present them with Persian culture, and at the same time learn about their culture.
  We are aiming to create this friendly environment by organising joyful events where students can relax and have fun and at the same time learn more about each others views and cultures.
• Act as a connecting ring between all Persian Students with in the city of Manchester in UK.
• Act as a medium of communication between Persian Students at UMIST and University of Manchester with other Persian Students at other Universities around UK.
