Weekend chill out;
Every week on
Friday after one hard week of studies, there will be some kind of
entertainment. That consists of group shopping, or going out to the lovely
Asian side of Manchester, Rusholme, and enjoy a few hours of chit chats,
playing cards discussing world affair etc, in an environment enriched by
smell of Persian food and Ghelyoon (in Arabic: Shisha)
This weekend chill out
includes swimming pool on Saturday or Sunday mornings before most of us
(Students) go to our part time works.

Help Study
Mathematics and Science committees will try to run classes which would
help students with their studies.
there will be small charge of £2 per session of any of these classes to cover
all the basic costs.

Films and movie
Every week we will screen a film from a different country. however it
must be said that our resource of non-Persian films is rather limited, also
the copy right laws do not allow us to screen many western films, but we
will be allowed to show some of cultural films from west, and there
shouldn't be any problem with screening Persian films.
UMPS members can come to this event free of charge,
non-members will be charged £1 only.

Tours
We will have two type of tours: 1- Domestic
2-International
For domestic tours, each year we try to visit: 1-British Museum
2-City of Edinburgh 3-City of Cardiff
4-Blackpool and any other destination which we have the logistical
capability to go to.

Conferences
Committees will be organising gathering and lectures in different fields
of Science, Poetry, Culture and debating issues of the day. please check the
society time table regularly.
